These Terms of Service govern your use of getboxsquad.com, operated by Box Squad Dumpster Rentals ("Box Squad," "we," "us," or "our") of Argyle, Texas. By using this website, requesting a quote, or submitting a form, you agree to them.
These terms cover the website. They are not your rental contract. The terms that govern an actual dumpster rental — pricing, weight limits, placement, property damage, prohibited materials and fees — are in our Rental Terms & Conditions, a separate agreement you review and sign as part of booking. We will send you a copy before delivery, and you can request one any time. If the two ever conflict on a rental question, the signed Rental Terms & Conditions control.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. When you submit information through this site — your name, phone number, delivery address, or a description of your project — you agree that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
Prices published on this website are our current standard rates for Denton County and the broader DFW area. They are accurate as of the date shown, but they are not an offer that binds us until we confirm your booking.
An online or phone quote given before we have seen your site or your material is an estimate of the base rental. It does not account for site conditions we could not know about, heavy materials you have not disclosed, or an address outside our normal service radius. Your confirmed price is the one on your booking confirmation.
We correct pricing errors. If a price is published in error — a typo, a stale rate — we are not obligated to honor it, and we will tell you before taking payment rather than after.
Bookings are placed through our online ordering system or by phone. Submitting a request through this site is a request, not a confirmed reservation — a container is scheduled once we confirm it.
When you book, you will be asked to review and sign our Rental Terms & Conditions. That signed agreement, together with your booking confirmation, forms the contract for your rental. It covers rental period, weight limits, placement and property damage, prohibited materials, fees and cancellation. Want to read it before you book? Ask and we will send it over.
Our standard rates and the full fee schedule are published on our pricing page, so nothing in the agreement should be a surprise.
When you give us your mobile number to request a quote or book a container, you agree that we may text you about that job — quote confirmations, scheduling, delivery and pickup notifications, and your receipt. These are transactional messages tied to your order.
Marketing texts are separate and require your explicit opt-in. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of renting from us, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out will not affect your rental, though it may limit how quickly we can reach you about a delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.
We photograph containers on site and completed work for our own records and for marketing — this website, our Google Business Profile, and social media. We will not publish images showing a street address, house number, license plate, or identifiable people without permission, and we will remove any photo of your property on request. Just ask.
The text, photographs, graphics, layout and code on this site are owned by Box Squad or used with permission. The Box Squad name and logo are our trademarks. You may not copy, republish or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Linking to us, quoting us with attribution, or printing a page for your own use is fine.
This site links to third-party services — our booking system, payment processor, mapping and review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. Container dimensions, capacities and "how many pickup loads" figures are approximate and offered as guidance, not specification.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Box Squad is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from an actual rental is addressed in the signed Rental Terms & Conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Box Squad Dumpster Rentals, its owner, employees and contractors from any claim or expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted here with the last-updated date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and — for a rental — the signed Rental Terms & Conditions and your booking confirmation constitute the entire agreement between us.
We want this site usable by everyone and we work in good faith toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If any part of this site creates a barrier for you, or you would rather do business by phone, call us and we will help directly and fix what we can.
